At KOSA Africa, our Club Scouting Program is the foundation of our mission to find and nurture the next generation of elite soccer players. We actively scout young talent from across the region, identifying players with raw ability, strong work ethic, and a passion for the game.
Our experienced scouting team works closely with local schools, academies, and community teams to uncover promising players who have what it takes to reach the next level. Once identified, these players are invited to join our high-performance training environment — where they receive elite coaching, physical development, and personal mentorship.
What We Offer:
Professional Scouting Assessments
Talent is evaluated based on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical ability, and mental strength.
Individual Player Development Plans
Each scouted player receives a tailored training program to accelerate their growth and address key areas for improvement.
Exposure to Competitive Opportunities
Selected players are placed in top-level matches, tournaments, and showcases — both locally and internationally.
Pathways to Pro Clubs & Scholarships
We connect our players with professional teams, scouts, and scholarship opportunities across South Africa and abroad.

We scout boys and girls ages 06 to 18 who show strong potential and a desire to take their game to the highest level. Whether you’re a striker with a nose for goals or a defender with natural instincts, KOSA Africa is the place where talent meets opportunity.
