At KOSA Africa, our Academy is the heart of long-term player development — building confident, capable footballers with the skills, mindset, and discipline to thrive on any field, anywhere. Whether players are taking their first academy steps or preparing for global opportunities, our structured programme empowers them to compete with the best.

Junior Academy

Our structured Junior Academy focuses on foundational growth, beginning with U9 to U12 teams. This phase builds technical ability, teamwork, game understanding, and a passion for the sport — preparing players for the steps ahead.

Junior & Full International Representation

Our goal is to see our U16 and U17 players selected to represent their country — a true testament to the strength of our programme. Our alumni have progressed to compete at U17, U20, and U23 international levels, with over 60 players now part of this elite group.

International Opportunities

Our goal is to take a group of players from tournament participation all the way to earning scholarships overseas. This year, we are bringing two teams to the KOSA Cup. We will also be taking teams to the KOSA Cup and other major tournaments across Europe and America.
